Making Fitness Fun !
Can you imagine your school or organization having a friendly fitness competition with another institution far away from your local area? We'll, it is possible, and can create an atmosphere where children are enjoying fitness and exercise.
This can all take place using a simple video camera and some motivated children. In the late 1980's, the Banyan Creek Elementary School (Florida) competed against the Valley View Elementary School (New Jersey) in the first annual Video Olympics. The program proved to be a huge success, motivating 100's of children to exercise.
