Q. Does it cost anything to participate in your TFAT program?
A. No, it is free.
Q. Do I need to notify you if I participate?
A. It is not mandatory, but it would be nice to hear your
success stories, or to see any press you generate.
Q. What are the advantages in having the children perform 3
exercises opposed to one exercise?
A. One simple exercise may be boring to children,
while 3 exercises makes it more challenging, with a higher success
rate. For example, if a child performs a push-up poorly, and
has
no luck on improving their score with a push-up, they will lose
interest in doing a push-up in the future. If you mix in 2
more
exercises with the push-up that the child performs better, the child
can actually enhance their push-up score by doing the other 2 exercises
better. This means if a child's push-up score never gets
better,
the other 2 exercises performed may get better, giving the individual
child a higher 'total' score.
Q. Should TFAT be done only in a school?
A. No, it can be done anywhere, from a school to
participating at home with parents.
